We can not say enough about Dave. We were relocating from out of state and new exactly what we wanted but had no idea where to even look. People told us we would have to get many different realtors in order to look everywhere we wanted to. Dave did it all! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked and if he didn't know the answer, he searched it out for us. Since we lived in Michigan it was hard for us to coordinate help for everything we needed done. Dave was instrumental in helping us from the tiniest of things to the biggest of things. Dave is a Great negotiator, a professional and a caring, knowledgeable person. His only fault is he works to hard! I'm so glad we met Dave, you won't regret using him! Oh, we also had many laughs along the way.

My husband and I were moving from out of state. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted and no idea of where to look. Not only was he able to show us anything we wanted no matter when, or how far he had to drive between places, but he was very knowledgeable about multiple areas. He was a Great negotiator. AMAZING! Was willing to work with us for over 2 years and moving cross country plus retirement.
