This is my fifth time buying a home in Knoxville and Dave Corum was by far the best realtor I have dealt with over the years. I saw a place on a Sunday I was interested in. I notified Dave and was there looking at property within a day of contacting him. I am now in my new home and everything was perfect. No surprises or issues before or during closing.
