Dave was great to work with. We were out of town buyers and Dave was very helpful and thorough for us. We ran into many hurdles with the pandemic, but Dave remained patient and worked with us through the whole process. Dave fought for us and had our best interests in mind. If we buy or sell again in the area I will be sure to look Dave up again, and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a great realtor to work with.

Dave Corum was the Realtor representing the property that we purchased. While still representing the selling party with whom he had the contract, we felt that his honesty, integrity and professionalism was beyond reproach. He had no problem representing both parties without conflict and made us as the purchaser feel that our interests were equally represented negating the necessity of obtaining an agent for ourselves. It was our distinct pleasure working with him, as he was very knowledgeable about the property and the purchasing process. Dave worked tirelessly to ensure the process was as stress free as he could. He also helped us find a Realtor in West TN through his Leading Real Estate Companies to list and sale our home and business.
