Dave helped me search and buy a house in Tennessee. He was so patient and kind and helpful. He listen to what i want in a house and offered great output. He followed up always in contact and update regularly on the process. We closed in three weeks from the time our offer was accepted, he communicated well with the seller's agent to make sure everything ran smoothly. He always stayed in touch and returned my calls and email when he was not with other clients, usually the same day. He was very polite and kind with me despite my impatient attitude. I will definitely recommend dave for any one in need of selling or buying a house.
