I have to say Dave did an excellent job. Not only did he get my dad's house sold in only two days but he got us more than what we ever thought it was worth. He knows what he's doing especially when it comes to pricing to get you as many offers as possible. Can't say enough great things about Dave. He was there anytime I had a question or concern. Highly recommend Dave and his team!!
