Dave did a great job communicating to us through the process and it helped that he had a lot of experience in the development we were interested . Vanessa at Crown Title was also very helpful in the closing process especially since we live out of state.
Dave did a magnificent job in all phases of the sale of this property! This saie initiated as a cold call from Dave asking if I wanted to sell my lot in Grande Vista Bay. He informed me on the initial call that he had a potential buyer. Dave provided a great overview on the realities of the market for lakefront property in the Knoxville area. After several discussions and negotiations Dave had with the buyer and me, we were able to arrive at an equitable price for both the buyer and me. He was excellent in keeping me informed throughout this process on what would be reasonable pricing given what I wanted out of the sale and the limits the buyer had. As part of this sale, there were certain variances that the buyers had to have from TVA in order for the sale to go through. Through a lot of discussions and meetings with the POA for Grande Vista Bay and multiple TVA representatives, he was able to secure the variances for the buyer. When it was time for doing the closing, Dave enlisted the efforts of Vanessa Hirschhorn of Crown Title. She was excellent as well. She was very concise and prompt in sending the paperwork and updating us on the status as we went through the 6 changes to the closure date. I highly recommend her as well. The bottom line is that Dave did a terrific job in contract negotiation, working with TVA and establishing the framework in conjunction with Vanessa for the final closing. All of this was complicated by having both the buyers and sellers remote. A lot of thanks to Dave and Vanessa for their diligence and comprehensive work efforts in completing this sale. It certainly was an enjoyable sales experience as the seller.
