Brian is a good man. The reason I say this is because as a perspective property buyer and living out of state Brian has patience with me. I saw properties that I was interested in and he graciously went and looked, took pictures and videos of them for me. Got me all kinds of information and never once complained. Purchasing a house is never an easy task, especially in this crazy economy. Add to it trying to purchase one from 2,500 miles away, some would call us crazy. Dave made it as simple as possible. He made himself available to us throughout the entire process - from the initial meeting, check-ins, scheduling a showing, moving quickly on the offer, offering his advice and guidance, and communicating throughout the process. We may not have made it easy for him and his team given our ignorance to the process, but Dave was always willing to answer any of our questions - and there were many - and further clarify and explain things. He went the extra mile leading up to the closing- holding packages for us and even meeting us (very) late after hours for the final walk through. Feel like we made a friend who we can trust for recommendations. Thanks to Dave for helping us navigating this stressful process and being so friendly and personable! Would highly recommend for anyone looking in the East Tennessee area!

We purchased a home in Lafollette. This transaction turned out to be a very difficult and a challenging one to work through. Working with Dave representing us made it less stressful. He was always available, put in numerous hours including after hours to work through this. If it could happen, it did! He was always upfront and honest with us. He called us numerous times after closing just to check on us. I would highly recommend working with him if buying or selling. He is top notch and will not disappoint! We now have our house at Norris Lake to enjoy. Without Dave it wouldn't have happened.
